Pasadena Driving School Cancellation Policy

At Pasadena Driving School, we value your commitment to improving your driving skills and safety. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to cancel or reschedule your scheduled services. To ensure a clear understanding of our cancellation policy, please take note of the following terms for our different products:

1. Online Drivers Education Course:

Our online drivers education course is non-refundable. Once you have enrolled in this course, we are unable to process refunds for any reason. We recommend that you carefully review your schedule and availability before enrolling in the course to ensure that you can fully commit to its completion.

2. Behind-the-Wheel 1-on-1 Driving Instruction:

For our behind-the-wheel 1-on-1 driving instruction, we understand that last-minute changes or unforeseen events may require cancellations. In such cases, we have a cancellation fee of $100.

Cancellation Process for Behind-the-Wheel Instruction:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your behind-the-wheel instruction session, please contact our office at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us to allocate the instructor’s time to other students effectively.

Cancellations will result in a $100 cancellation fee.

If you fail to appear for your scheduled behind-the-wheel instruction without prior notice, a $100 no-show fee will be applied.
